CAPRISTORES, aiming at convenience as well as your immediate service, has the following payment methods:

REFUND (only for Greece)

This option only applies to shipments within Greece and the additional cost amounts to €2.50. Payment for the product is made to the employee of the transport company (courier) at the time of collection.

The possibility of choosing cash on delivery as a payment method is given for orders with a total amount of up to 150 euros. For orders over 150 euros it does not apply and you should choose Credit/debit card or bank deposit/transfer as described below.

Please ensure that someone is present between 09:00-17:00 to sign for and pay for the delivery.

(We inform our customers that in the event that an order is not skipped, the next ones should be made using a debit/credit card, PAYPAL, or deposit to our company's account. If any of the following orders have cash on delivery as a payment method , will be canceled immediately without notice.)

For purchases over €90 you have the right to pay in 4 installments. Payment in installments is not possible for products marked "OFFER".

The amount charged to CAPRI O.O.'s account should correspond to the exact price of your order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer. Please quote your order number in your payment to avoid delays.

The transaction should be done immediately and within 24 hours of receiving the order, send us the proof of deposit or remittance to the email capristores@yahoo.gr. With the credit of the amount in the Capristores account, we will proceed to process your order and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping voucher, so you can track the progress of your purchases. This can take up to two business days, depending on the bank's process.

ATTENTION: when the deposit is made by any other bank, Greek or even foreign (except EUROBANK), upon completion of the transfer, the customer must choose to bear all the costs of the transfer.
