For shipments within Greece, upon completion of your order, you receive an informative e-mail that confirms its successful completion and gives you the shipment number so that by entering the website of the respective courier company (SPEEDEX, General Post) you can track its progress your parcel. In international shipments, the consumer has the possibility to track his order through the tracking number provided by the postal company with a relevant e-mail after the completion of his order.
Of course. During the steps to complete the order, you can select 'pick up from the store of the courier company (SPEEDEX, General Post) in my area'. This means that you can receive the parcel within the next 10 days from the particular store.
In the event that the delivery has been delayed more than the expected period defined, you should contact via e-mail at capristores@yahoo.gr or by phone at 2421313472 (Mon.-Sat. 10:00-18:00) (except holidays )
If the goods arrive at their destination and there is no person to collect them, then the courier company (SPEEDEX, General Post) will make two more attempts, in the next working days, to deliver the product to you, leaving you a notification to contact their representative. The window of time to contact them and determine the reshipment of the product to you is 3 working days. After the specified period of time, the product is automatically returned to us and registered as a refusal.
Reshipping incurs new shipping costs.
We would like to inform you that for the best possible service, if you are employed and do not have someone to collect the product at your home, we recommend that you declare your work address as the place of product collection, as the goods can be delivered from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., hours when you will most likely be away from home.
