In the case of a return of the garment and after you have informed us by phone, you fill in the return request that you will find on the site in customer support in order to inform us in writing of the reasons for the return and the way you want us to serve you and make sure that we receive the return you within 15 days of receiving your order.
On the Return Form you are given the following alternatives:
A) Exchange with another product
We will do our best to replace the product you have returned to us, whether the product is found to be defective (same code, size or color changeable), the wrong code was sent to you, or the size is not right for you.
You place a new order in the comments of which you write "by change". As soon as we receive your return, the new order leaves us. If the value of the new purchase is greater than the value of the products you return to us, you pay the difference upon receipt plus the costs of the cash on delivery which are €2.50 and the transport costs which are €5.00 (even if the value of the product that you requested as a replacement is more than €100 – Free shipping for a value over €100 is only valid for the first purchase and not for an exchange or replacement shipment). If the value of the new purchase is less, only the shipping charge applies and we issue you a credit note for the amount obtained after shipping, for subsequent purchases. A change to a product can only be made once.
B) Issuing a credit card
Credit to the account you have created in our online store, equal to the value of the product you returned with the intention of using it for a subsequent purchase. The credit is activated from the moment we receive your return and you are informed by phone from our returns department. (Please fill out the form on the site under Customer Support "Return Request"). The credit can be used within 6 months from the return date.
C) Refund
REFUNDS ONLY
IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND OUR FAILURE TO REPLACE IT TO YOU or
WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED AND WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND THE CODE YOU WANT
The amount refunded if the above conditions are met is the value of the product and not the cash on delivery and shipping costs.
Your refund will be made within 8 working days of the date we receive your return either to the credit card you paid with or to the Paypal account from which the payment was made or to the bank account you indicate to us at return request. (Please complete the Refund option on the return request)
When the product arrives at our warehouses you will be informed by phone from our returns department.
COSTS OF RETURNS
In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on our company's part, CAPRISTORES undertakes to resend the courier to the address you have specified for receiving the order at its own expense. In the event that you wish to return your order without our company being at fault, then the return costs as well as the costs of the new receipt are borne by you and an additional €2.5 in case you want to pay any difference by cash on delivery.
Every return is made via courier (General Post, Speedex) declaring a recipient charge to the courier company. Return costs are €5 for Greece and will be added to your new order.
In case you choose other transport companies, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the products you return to us.
From the moment the product leaves you and via courier (General Post, Speedex) CAPRISTORES receives it within 3-5 working days for returns from Greece and 5-10 working days for returns from foreign countries.
After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by phone how to process it. CAPRISTORES wanting to offer you the best possible service gives you the right to submit any complaint electronically by sending an email to capristores@yahoo.gr.
If you have received a gift from CAPRISTORES and wish to return it, fill in the return request that you will find on the site in customer support. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Credit balance and refunds not applicable.
