Order guidelines

  • Select the products you are interested in and add them to the cart.
  • Once you add a product, you have the option to continue adding other products.
  • If you want to remove a product, open your cart by tapping its icon.
  • To complete your order place the cursor of your order and press the arrow SEE THE CART or just click on the basket icon (top right of the screen).
  • You have the option to complete your order either as a visitor by filling in the required fields, or if you have an account and you are a registered user, through it, simply by entering the email and password, or create a new account at that time by stating email and other necessary information. To proceed to the next step, press the button that appears CHECKOUT.
  • Fill in the shipping details and billing details as requested. To proceed to the next step, click the button that appears CHECKOUT.
  • Choose the payment method you want and by clicking on the white box next to each payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.
  • Then click for final order check and completion. Before completing the registration of the online order, please make sure that you have entered all the required details correctly.
  • Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing all the details. Please note the order number in case you need to contact us, check the correctness of the registration confirmation information and inform CAPRISTORES in writing (no later than 2 hours after receiving the electronic notification) of any error, otherwise the confirmation details will be applied as is.
During the checkout, you have the opportunity to declare if you wish your order or some products of your order to be prepared as a gift with a surcharge of 3 €. This includes a gift box and a gift change card with return instructions in case the recipient wishes to exchange the gift for another product. The order receipt is placed outside the gift order. You can also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient’s details in the Shipping Information upon payment and you will be notified via email when the recipient receives your gift. The gift receipt will be sent exclusively to you via e-mail. If you are not sure what gift to buy, there is also the possibility to offer a Gift Voucher worth € 100, € 250 and € 500 or to put the amount you want.
If you have completed your order you can not add another product. You will need to place an order again and note in the “Comments” field to join your previous order or contact us by phone to complete the new product you want to add.

For any order cancellation (in whole or in part) you will need to email, or call 0030 2421313472 (Mon.-Sat. 10: 00-18: 00 excluding holidays). This possibility is given to you, strictly, for 1 hour after the order is placed and before we manage to process it. After this time point can not be canceled and you can now return and change your order after first receiving it. In this case you will be charged with shipping and return costs.

Unfortunately, despite the fact that our system during the execution of your order, showed that there is stock in the specific product, during its collection from our warehouse it was found that there was no availability. In this rare case we are obliged to cancel your order at no charge to you.

  • Orders placed by 13:00are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the next business day. Shipments are distributed in Greece from 10:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
  • No deliveries are made on Saturday.
  • Delivery on Saturday can only be made after consultation with us and has an additional charge of 3 euros.
  • Shipments / handling and order deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.
  • VAT is included in the prices of the products.

On a weekly basis our orders are shipped every Wednesday. Shipments are delivered from 9:00 to 17:00, from Monday to Friday.

The delivery time of your order is:

CAPRISTORES is not responsible for any delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs matters or any other circumstances beyond its control.

In shipments within Greece upon completion of your order you receive an informative e mail which confirms the successful realization and gives you the shipping number so that by entering the site of the SPEEDEX courier be able to track the progress of your parcel. In shipments abroad the consumer has the opportunity to track his order through the tracking number granted by mail with relevant e mail after completing its order.
Of course. During the order completion steps you can select ‘pick up from the store SPEEDEX in my area ‘. This means that you can pick up the parcel within the next 10 days from that store.

If the goods arrive at their destination and there is no one to pick them up, then SPEEDEX will make two more attempts, the next working ones, to deliver the product to you , leaving you with a notice to contact their appropriate representative. The time limit to contact them and determine the re-shipment of the product to you is 3 working days. After this period, the product is automatically returned to us and is registered as a refusal. Shipping will incur new shipping costs. We would like to inform you that for the best possible service, if you are an employee and do not have someone to pick up the product in your home, we recommend that you state your work address as the place of receipt of the product, as the goods can be delivered by 9:00 to 17:00, hours you will most likely be away from home. Payment methods

The CAPRISTORES , guided by your convenience and immediate service, has the following payment methods:
COD CASH (only for Greece)

This option only applies to shipments within Greece and the additional cost is € 2.50. Payment for the product is made to the employee of the transport company ( courrier ) at the time of receipt.

Make sure someone is present between 09:00 and 17:00 to sign and pay for the delivery.

(We inform our customers that in case an order is not missed, the next ones should be made using a debit / credit card, PAYPAL , or deposit in the company account If any of the following orders have cash on delivery as a method of payment, it will be canceled immediately without notice.)

The amount collected in the account of CAPRI OE should correspond to the exact price of your order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer. Please indicate your order number on your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is confirmed. This can take up to two business days, depending on the bank process.

Returns & Cancellations

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, all or part of the products can be returned. You can choose to change with another number or color, change with another product or issue a credit invoice for later purchase.
  • Return of products is accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order by completing the return request that you will find on the site and after notifying us by phone within 24 hours of receipt of your order at 2421313472.
  • A prerequisite for a return to be accepted is that the product is in the same excellent condition in which you received it (ie not damaged, damaged, washed or worn beyond the test) with the labels and original packaging.

  • CAPRISTORES reserves the right to refuse returns when a detailed quality control of the products returned to our warehouse reveals a defect. In this case, Customer Service will contact you for the procedure to be followed for the return of the product to the shipping address of the original order.
  • For hygiene reasons, our company DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, tights and earrings.

After 10 days from the date of receipt, no return is accepted.
In case of return of the clothes and after you have informed us by phone, fill in the return request that you will find on the site, in order to inform us in writing about the reasons for the return and the way you want to serve you and make sure we receive your return within 10 days from the receipt of your order.
The Return Form gives you the following alternatives:
A) Change to another product We will do our best to replace the product you returned to us, whether this product is defective (same code, resizable or color-coded), sent you the wrong code, or the size is not right for you. You place a new order in the comments of which you write “by change”. As soon as we receive your return the new order leaves us. If the value of the new purchase is greater than the value of the products you return to us, you pay the difference upon receipt plus the cash on delivery costs which is € 2.50 and the shipping costs which are € 5.00. If the value of the new market is lower we return the difference. Product change can only be done once. B) Issuance of credit card Credit to the account you have created in our online store, equal to the value of the product you returned in order to use it for the next purchase. The credit is activated from the moment we receive your return and you are informed by phone by our returns department. (Please fill in the Credit option in the special “Return Form”). The credit can be used within 6 months from the date of return and not for the purchase of discounted products and products on offer. C) Refund MONEY RETURN IS ONLY ONE
The amount refundable if the above conditions are met is the value of the product and not the cash on delivery and shipping costs. Your Refund will be made within 8 working days from the date we receive your refund either with the credit card with which you made the payment or in the Paypal account from which the payment was made or to the bank account that you will indicate to us on the return form. (Please fill in the Refund option in the special “Refund Form” ).
When the product reaches our warehouses, you will be informed by phone by our returns department.
  • In case the return reason concerns a mistake of our company, CAPRISTORES undertakes to resend courier at the address you have assigned to us for the receipt of the order at its own expense. In case you wish to return your order without the fault of our company then the return costs as well as the costs of the new receipt are borne by you and an additional 2.5 € in case you want to pay any difference by cash on delivery.
  • Every return is made exclusively through SPEEDEX courier (GREECE) or ELTA courier Door-to-Door (Cyprus-European Union) stating the recipient’s charge to the company courrier . Return costs are 5 € for Greece and will be added to your new order.
  • In case you choose other transport companies, we can not guarantee the delivery times of the products you return to us.
  • Once the product leaves you and via SPEEDEX courier the CAPRISTORES receives it within 3-5 working days for returns from Greece and 5-10 working days in case of returns from foreign countries via ELTA courrier .

After receiving the product, we will process your request immediately and will inform you by phone about how to process it. CAPRISTORES wanting to offer you the best possible service gives you the right to submit any complaint electronically by sending email at .
