SHIPPING METHODS

Our shipments

To GREECE are made

via Geniki Taxydromiki & Speedex transport courier

To CYPRUS and countries of EUROPEAN UNION

Via post office

For Greece:

- Orders placed by 13:00are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the next business day. Shipments are distributed in Greece from 10:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
- No deliveries are made on Saturday.
- Delivery on Saturday can only be made after consultation with us and has an additional charge of 3 euros.
- Shipments / handling and order deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.
- VAT is included in the prices of the products.
For CYPRUS and countries of EUROPEAN UNION
- Via Transport courier
On a weekly basis our orders are shipped every Wednesday. Shipments are delivered from 9:00 to 17:00, from Monday to Friday.
- Via post office
On a weekly basis our orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time of your order is:

Greece:
1-2 working days in Attica
1-3 working days in the rest of Greece
1-5 days in inaccessible areas

CYPRUS and EUROPIAN UNION:

2–12 working days depending on the shipping method

Other countries:

In a period of discounts the shipment and receipt can be extended up to 4 working days.

Estimated delivery time is indicative and counts from the day of shipment. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from working days.

CAPRISTORES is not responsible for any delays in shipments caused by weather, international customs matters or any other circumstances beyond its control.

MONITORING THE ORDER PROCESS

In shipments within Greece, upon completion of your order, you receive an informative e-mail confirming its successful completion and giving you the shipment number so that entering the SPEEDEX courier site you can track the progress of your parcel. In shipments abroad the consumer has the opportunity to track his order through the tracking number provided by the post office with a relevant e-mail after the completion of his order.
