If you wish to cancel the order, you should contact the Online Store Manager at 2421313472 or send an email to [email protected] to cancel it. In case the products have already been shipped, cancellation is not possible and you can now return or change your order after first receiving it (FAQs No5).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase our company gives you the opportunity to return it within ten (10) days of delivery and after notifying us by phone within 24 hours of receipt of your order by phone 2421313472 and by completing electronically the return form that you will find on our site in customer support. This is on condition that the product is unused and in the original excellent condition.
In the case of the use of the product or alteration of its original packaging, the return is not accepted. If the return is not made within 10 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, CAPRISTORES has the right not to accept the return of the products.
Before returning the product, you should contact the manager of the online store. Then you have the opportunity:
- To change the product through the online store. After contacting us, place your new order by adding the word “CHANGE” in the comments. Then you send us the package with the product, including the original purchase receipt.
- To make the change in one of the 3 privately owned CAPRISTORES stores
- To be issued a credit note
Credit can be made to the account you have created in our online store, equal to the value of the products you returned in order to use it in your next purchase. The credit is activated from the moment we receive your return and you are informed by phone by the returns department that it has been accepted and you can use it within 30 DAYS from the date of issue. This does not apply to discounted products or products on offer.
Returns are not accepted on
- custom products
- products that are on offer or discount and have the indication in their description “OFFER”
- products marked “NOT RETURNABLE” in their description.
In all the above cases the payment and shipping costs (courier and bank transfer costs) are borne by the customer.
