HOW DO I ORDER ?

  • Select the products you are interested in and add them to the cart.
  • Once you add a product, you have the option to continue adding other products.
  • If you want to remove a product, open your cart by tapping its icon.
  • To complete your order place the cursor of your order and press the arrow SEE THE CART or just click on the basket icon (top right of the screen).
  • You have the option to complete your order either as a visitor by filling in the required fields, or if you have an account and you are a registered user, through it, simply by entering the email and password, or create a new account at that time by stating email and other necessary information. To proceed to the next step, press the button that appears CHECKOUT.
  • Fill in the shipping details and billing details as requested. To proceed to the next step, press the button that appears CHECKOUT.
  • Select the payment method you want and by “clicking” on the white box that appears next to each payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.
  • Then click for final order check and completion. Before completing the registration of the online order, please make sure that you have entered all the required details correctly.
  • Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing all the details. Please note the order number in case you need to contact us, check the correctness of the registration confirmation information and inform CAPRISTORES in writing (no later than 2 hours after receiving the electronic notification) of any error, otherwise the details mentioned in the confirmation will be applied as is.

HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT FOR A GIFT?

During the checkout, you have the opportunity to declare if you wish your order or some products of your order to be prepared as a gift with a surcharge of 3 €. This includes a gift box and a gift change card with return instructions in case the recipient wishes to exchange the gift for another product. You are also given the opportunity to state a personal message enclosed in your gift on a handwritten card. The order receipt is placed outside the gift order. You can also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient’s details in the Shipping Information upon payment and you will be notified via email when the recipient receives your gift. The gift receipt will be sent exclusively to you via e-mail. If you are not sure what gift to buy, there is also the possibility to offer a Gift Voucher worth € 100, € 250 and € 500 or to put the amount you want.
